| About Semantifi |
Semantifi has developed meaning based search platform to search both structured data and unstructured content.
Semantifi's takes a knowledge base approach to search. It searches both databases and documents to deliver highly relevant search results compared to keyword or natural language processing (NLP) search engines.
To make real-time investigation of even from multi-terabyte databases over the web, Semantifi has developed an equivalent of a web index for databases, called Answers Catalog. Like a web index, Answers Catalog is built offline based on historical usage or past queries to a database.
|
Lastly, when searching databases, Semantifi dynamically aggregates detailed or record level data into relevant summaries and presents multiple presentation-ready charts and tables so users can focus on interpreting results as opposed to customizing multiple variations of charts and tables.
Semantifi built Semantifi as an open search platform that anyone can use to data search applications. At Semantifi, Semantifi's search platform is hosted for anyone to use for free. Publishers can build apps to search any type of data. Apps can be of personal interest, or of high public appeal, or have revenue potential. Apps can be shared publicly, or within social networks, or only to paid subscribers. Like at App Store, commercial Apps generate revenues.
In short, Semantifi is envisioned as an App Store like marketplace for a community of publishers to build Apps for all users to search. |
